I am the owner and Principal Broker of Vantage Point Properties, Inc., a family owned business since 2002. I've been an active, full-time agent for over 25 years. I am a first-time buyer specialist. After all these years, there is nothing more satisfying than helping someone find and purchase their first home. I've been proudly associated with the Portland Housing Center for over 10 years.
In addition to my real estate career, I am a licensed and bonded general contractor. My construction company is Vantage Point Renovations, LLC. I am well-versed in home restoration and renovation and have held my contractor's license since 2001. I received my formal education from Pomona College, where I received my BA degree in Psychology. I just recently completed a course of study in conflict mangagement and dispute resolution at Marylhurst University. I am constantly striving to improve my negotiation skills as well as my ability to interact effectively with people.
I am a dedicated husband and father. My interests include gardening, golf and woodworking. I remain forever dedicated to the principle that everyone deserves equal access to home ownership.

In her free time Mary loves spending time with her husband Gary and son Andrew, fund raising for non-profits, volunteering in her community, supporting friends, family and colleagues in their dreams and endeavors, gardening, and snuggling with her two rescued cats, Fiona and Alejandro.
